Online Clinical Supervision
All individuals in the helping profession are exposed to emotional distress when they come in contact with people in crisis. Such work related distress can impede our thinking capacity and impact on the actions we are taking in trying to help.

Hence, all individuals in the helping profession could benefit from adequate and appropriate clinical supervision.
Ines provides face to face supervision as well as Online Supervision. Video & Audio calls.
What is Clinical Supervision?
The supervision I provide is independent from a particular psychotherapy approach or profession as such. The supervisory methods and skills can be applied to various different professional contexts and types of supervision such as individual supervision, supervision of a team in an organization, group supervision, peer supervision, supervision within an organization or independent of the organization the professional works in.

Clinical supervision includes the exploration of the client’s presentation, the relationship between client and professional, the interventions of the professional, the professional's own person, the working alliance between supervisee and supervisor, and the wider context in which the work takes place (the organization). The supervision process is in its essence enabling and resourcing the professional. It aims at creating a climate which avoids the sense of expert and student and instead creates an environment in which the dynamics and pressure of the work can be felt, explored, understood, and new ways of working can be co-created by supervisee and supervisor.
A supervision session is 50 minutes long. The fee is 80 Euros (incl. VAT).
